Your wagering progress is displayed in your account dashboard. Look for the "Active Bonus" or "Bonus Progress" section, which shows a progress bar indicating how much of the wagering requirement you have completed. Once the bar reaches 100%, any remaining bonus funds will be converted to withdrawable cash. You can also view a detailed breakdown of your wagering contributions by game type in the bonus history section.

First, check your payment provider or bank account to confirm the transaction was completed successfully. For bank transfers or card payments, processing can sometimes take a few minutes. If funds were deducted but have not appeared after 30 minutes for instant methods (or 24 hours for bank transfers), contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
